I would have liked to have instructions on how to use it because I don’t know what to do with the little wheel …
I had ankle surgery in November 2023 where I had multiple fixes including ligament repair and new donor cartilage. I’m 36 and was in the best shape of my life before things really took a turn. I was in the middle of my second time doing MAPS Anabolic. Recovery has been a process. I had to switch up my routine. After not being able to lift weights, for almost a year, and having a significant weakness in my left side, I purchased the suspension trainer and resistance bands. Currently in the first week of the MAPS Symmetry program and very happy with these products and programs. Finding it challenging and rewarding. I have a few months of full recovery left. But, these products are a really good supplement to heavy weights since my training is limited. Looking forward to getting back into everything with full potential. I can take the bands and suspension trainer anywhere. The suspension trainer, specifically, will show you exactly what area is weakest. These products and programs changed my life. Worth every penny.
